✭ Your Manual To A Spa Day at Home ✭

.Start with putting soft relaxing music on your laptop like smooth jazz for example.

.Light some scented candles!

.Do a steam facial to open your pores.Boil water and pour into a large bowl or your bathroom sink.Drape a towel over your head and sit with your head over the steaming water. Stay there for about 5-10 minutes.

.Soak your hair in coconut oil. Rub it into your hair, starting at the ends and working your way up to the roots. I would leave it on for at least half an hour. You can even wild out and put a warm towel around your hair for deeper penetration.

.Try a green clay mask.Mix green clay with warm water and let it sit for 2 min.then, put it all over your face and let it dry.If you have large pores and black spots, I strongly recommend green clay as it will clean deeply your skin, tighten the pores, exfoliate dead skin and reveal a smoother and fresher complexion.Meanwhile, put cucumber over your eyes and take a quick nap.

.Take a long bath with rose water.Run your bath and add a cup of epsom salts, which are inexpensive and relieve aching muscles.Relax and soak for twenty minutes.

.Get Mani/Pedi:Remove old nail polish thoroughly. Douse that cotton swab with nail polish remover and wipe away!If needed, trim nails at this time.Soak your hands/feet in tepid water for 10-15 minutes. If your nails are yellow from leaving your polish on too long, add a squeeze of lemon juice and lemon slices to help get rid of the stains. For a pedicure, we suggest that you also exfoliate with a gentle scrub. Use a file to shape and even out nails.Apply a dollop of cuticle softener.Push back cuticles gently with a cotton-tipped or cuticle stick.ently squeeze a moisturizing lotion into a palm and massage your hands and feet.Finish with your nail polish of choice.

.Put on a movie and relax. As you watch the movie, eat your snack. When the movie is done, turn off the TV, blow out the candles, brush your teeth and head up to bed.
